As of 12:01am EST on Friday November 15th, 2024 - the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) announced a national strike.
If your order is currently in transit with Canada Post and is not yet delivered - it will be delayed for the duration of the strike.
Effective immediately, any new outgoing shipments will be sent with an alternative carrier who are not part of the CUPW.
You will be provided with full tracking information. No signature is required upon delivery, and all shipments will be insured for their full value.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping after you place your order. You will be advised of any delays.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada):
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Ontario on all orders over $150. All other orders will be charged a $15* flat rate.
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada on all orders over $350. All other orders will be charged a $25* flat rate.
North America Shipping (USA):
There is a $45* flat rate fee for all orders to the United States. (Local duties and taxes may apply). This shipping rate may be subject to additional fees, based on the weight and size of the shipment.
Outside North America Shipping (International):
There is a $85* flat rate fee for all international orders. (Local duties and taxes may apply). This International shipping rate may be subject to additional fees, based on the weight and size of the shipment.

All shipments are delivered by Canada Post and will require a signature upon delivery. A signature upon delivery ensures the package has been accepted by someone at your address. If no one is home to accept and sign for the package - a pickup slip will be left with instructions on how to claim your package.
If you would rather have your order shipped without a delivery signature, please send an email request to sales@lineaintima.ca. If you do request for delivery without a signature - Linea Intima assumes no responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.
